The Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust (MMCT) donated 4 x 20 tree seedlings to our schools in January 2022.
Kondwani Chamwala gave 2 species of trees:
- mchonya (Breonadia salicina; large, evergreen shade tree) and
- mtangatanga (Albizia lebbek; nitrogen-collecting tree, fertilizes the soil below).
Our employees Wyson and Joel delivered them on January 18th and 19th, 2022:
Nsanjama, Mwangothaya and Mapereka have already planted them.
